Total Engineering – Diverter Valve

Feature	“This valve is used for converting the direction of fluid and has usually branch pipe which is at a certain degree angle with the pipe for transportation. If necessary, it can de designed for one inlet and two outlets. One is applicable among blade type, plug type or ball type, depending on kinds and features of fluid.”
Application	It is applied to pipe for finished petrochemical products. It is possible to transport finished products without damage to them, especially by installing at pipe for transportation under tank.
Material	Cast aluminium is usually used to minimize pipe load of Pneumatic conveying system in synthetic resin plant and seat type is Metal to Metal. Grand packing seal is also used to minimize leakage according to customer’s request.
Pressure	It is applied to pipe with low pressure less than 6 bar g.
Size	2″ ~ 24″
CODE	Inspection & Face to Face code : MSS-SP-81, Design Code : ANSI, JIS, DIN are generally used and other codes are needed to discuss additionally.
