Total Engineering – knife gate valve

Features	· This valve improved the sealing efficiency rather than metal seat knife gate valve which is allowed to leak. It guarantees bi-directionally non leakage and rubber seat blocks the flow of the fluid. · Viton, EPDM, NBR or Silicon as rubber material, depending on fluid features.
Application	It can applied to powdered coal conveying pipe, desulfurization facility, ash treatment facility(suitable for pipe transporting powder) in power plant. Also it can be applicable to ash slurry line thanks to superior sealing performance.
Material	Stainless Steel(Casting body, Plate Disc) is mainly used for the valve and Carbon Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel or Low Carbon Steel can be also applied respectively according to customer’s request.
Pressure	It is designed for gland packing sealing the front side of blade. It is suitable for low pressure less than 10 bar g, but it can be recently applied to up to 30 bar g.
Size	Minimal applicable size is 50A, and maximum size is 1000A. Gear box is generally applied to manual operating from 300A. Over 100A need to be discussed. · It can be used in high temperature because other trim parts except gland packing are composed of metal.
