Total Engineering – Self Lapping Valve

Feature	“This valve can be applied to hard fluid which can damage to the seat. When it opens and closes, the disc has spinning and linear motion at the same time. By this movement, the seat is automatically lapped. Various materials can be applied, depending on hardness and feature of the fluid and to improve durability, this valve can enhance the hardness. Also, inner volume of the valve is 5 times larger than port, it can emit the fluid toward outlet by opening the disc even though inner valve is totally blocked by the fluid. This valve makes it possible to maintain performance and operate smoothly because the disc scrapes inner foreign object.”
Application	It can be mainly applied to pipe transporting the fluids containing hard particles like Polysilicon and it is suitable for fly ash conveying pipe, coal conveying pipe and cement conveying pipe.
Material	Stainless steel, Carbon Steel, Titanium or Alloy is applicable, depending pipe material.
