Total Engineering – Slide Gate Valve

Feature	Slide Gate valve is installed under the silo and designed to improve the quality of pipe which transports powder. The design of valve(inner buffing, tapper structure, square blade, two piece body) not only prevents the free-falling powder and pellet in the pipe from flowing into the inner valve but also they are completely removed from pipe when opening and closing the valve. It is designed for no dead space.
Application	It is applied to pipe for finished petrochemical products and it is possible to transport finished products without damage to them, especially by installing under tank.
Material	Slide Gate Valve is designed for low pressure valve which is applied to free falling pipe. This valve is made with aluminum castings to minimize the weight of pipe and P.T.F.E is used for seat as material. Material can be changed according to customer’s request.
Pressure	It is applied to low pressure pipe under 6 bar g
